Olive Groves

Villa I Busini is at the epicentre of twenty acres of estate olive groves that produce some of the region’s finest olive oil.

With an altitude of 550 meters (1,804 feet) above sea level and its close proximity to both the Sieve and Arno rivers, the temperate Tuscan climate and rich soils create ideal conditions for olive groves.

Our annual olive harvest begins in October and, weather depending, can continue until early December. 

Villa I Busini Olive Oil is cold-pressed within 24 hours of harvest and has a uniquely delicate flavor due to it’s low acidity and high-quality olives.
