Reservations Terms & Conditions

TAXES & SERVICE CHARGES
All our rates include all taxes and service charges:
VAT 10%
City tax €1.00 per person, per night

PAYMENTS, GUARANTEE
On– line reservations made via the booking engine on www.villaibusini.com
For online reservations made via our Villa I Busini website a credit card is required.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged as soon as the reservation is made, should the reservation be made 91 days or more prior to arrival.

The remainder of the total reservation value should reach us 90 days prior to the arrival date.
We will be informing you in due course of the next instalment  

For reservations made within 90 days of arrival date a full payment of 100% of the total reservation value is required

Reservations made directly with Villa I Busini and not via the booking engine on www.villaibusini.com
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total reservation value will be charged as soon as the reservation is made, should the reservation be made 91 days or more prior to arrival.   

Payment for this can take place via credit card or bank transfer. In the case of bank transfer the amount needs to reach the Villa I Busini bank account with in 48 hours of the booking.

A credit card will be used as guarantee until the payment is received.

The remainder of the total reservation value should reach us 90 days prior to the arrival date.
We will be informing you in due course of the next instalment  

For reservations made within 90 days of arrival date a full payment of 100% of the total reservation value is required.

Please note that failure or delay to make the payments according to the Payment Schedule, entitles Agricola Villa I Busini S.r.l. to cancel your booking.

CANCELLATIONS
50% of the total reservation value for cancellation made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date and.

100% of the total reservation value for cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the arrival date.
